Sweetie got a job today. I can't give you all the specifics, but it is a real job, with hourly pay, doing what he loves best. I'm floating about two inches off the floor right now (and I'm sure Sweetie is bumping his head on the ceiling). We've been waiting for this day for a long time. If this is a dream I forbid you from waking me up.
In other news -
work is still stressful and rumors are abundant - to fill in the gaps where real information is missing. School is still fun, but a lot of work. The video camera and I are getting to know each other very well. I've discovered that teachers really like to recieve my homework on CD (which is good because it's easier to transfer to CD, and easier to do the self analysis from CD and generally just a better medium to work in). Too bad the rest of the students in my class don't have access to the tech it takes to do that. I finished a rough draft and am looking forward to spring break to edit the story and will maybe be able to post it on OWW for the second half of the semester (there's no chance that I'll be able to look at the crits during that time).
