   Married

OK, I've been bad about updating this. But I have a really good excuse. I got married.

Yup, Sweetie and I tied the knot (quite litteraly) yesterday. We had a lovely and short ceremony in the morning. We called on the quarters in the forms of Butterfly, Salamander, Dolphin and Tortoise. Then we invited Coyote to join us. Then we called Brigid and Bres to witness our vows. Our parents read words of wisdom from Mercedes Lackey - All three of them. Sweetie's father read beautifully and even gave an emotional blessing. We had our hand tied together and still have the knot. It took only about 35 minutes.

Then we had time to relax before the reception. We talked to our friends while the kids played. Amazingly, we had about 20 kids there and they all got along just fine. Most of them were overly tired and still there was no fighting, and only a few times when adults had to veto their choice of activities (yea for playdoh and legos).

Later on, we had a lovely dinner and more conversation. By the time we were cleaning up, Swettie and I were drooping. It had been a long day. Fortunately we had some good friends who stuck around to help clean up. Mom and Brad were superstars in that arena.

Today we are just lounging around and paying attention to the dog (the poor puppy was a bit neglected in the last couple of weeks). Tomorrow we walk on over to the local resort for our honeymoon.

Wow, I'm a married woman now.
