   It's a slow day

It's been a slow day. I haven't been sleeping well (leg cramps are a pain) so I'm tired. Why does the world always move slower when you are half asleep. There isn't anything really pressing at home. Work is just the same old same old - well as much as working in psychiatry can ever be same old same old.

About the only thing really going on is a couple of big discussion going on in a couple of groups that I'm involved in. Both of which are centering on Who's in, who's out and who gets to decide. There are hurt feelings and missunderstands in all three discussions increasing the drama.

Boy is it sad when a few drama queens provide the bulk of your entertainment. Ah but soon I will be ensconced in a fantasy world of my choice - well three of them in face. My role playing game this Saturday (when the soap opera will really get going - yea for characters who have desires), then some weekend soon we're off the the renaissance festival , and then there are the numerous times when I can loose myself in my writing - if only I could wake up enough to day dream.

That sounds sucky (as far as the drama goes, not the fun fantasy worlds)... hopefully you'll get the chance to discuss this with those involved. Life's too short to let crappy misunderstandings go unadressed between friends.
